Dual Dynamics is a family owned, ISO 9001:2015 registered, world class manufacturing company located in Lincoln, Nebraska U.S.A. We incorporate the latest technologies in manufacturing and design. All of our products are manufactured and assembled in the USA. All of our sales, customer service, product design, assembly and shipping are housed in one facility located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

History:

Dual Dynamics was founded in 1981.  Our first product was the Crossfire Tire Pressure Equalizer.  Over many years of product improvements, it has evolved into the leading tire pressure equalizer on the market with over 1 million units sold.

In 1987, we were approached by a current customer to supply them with a new product.  They were looking for an aluminum oil hubcap that would perform better than their current supplier.  Dual Guard Aluminum hubcaps were designed and added to our product line.  Over the years, we have pioneered many new innovations in the hubcap market including the first patented venting system.  We were also the first in our industry to offer custom branding to our customers.

In 1994, we introduced our DynaLock cargo control device for trailers.  The freight industry was having many problems that were resulting in high amounts of freight damage.  Once this problem was solved, we ran into a new issue: how to store the load bars when they were not in service.  Load-N-Lock cargo storage device was the perfect solution.

CAPABILITIES

Machining:

Dual Dynamics features in house machining capabilities.  All products requiring secondary machining or custom applications are run on the following equipment:

• Romi E-320 Dual Spindle CNC lathe

Warehouse:

We currently have 15,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space available.

Production:

Dual Dynamics has 20,000 sq. ft. of production floor space.  We are currently running three full production lines as well as 4 cellular stations for low volume and custom products.  We run one shift, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Quality:

Dual Dynamics is an ISO 9001:2015 registered company.  We have a full time quality manager that handles all quality needs.

Tooling and Design:

All tooling is designed and owned by Dual Dynamics.  We offer custom branding to our customers.  We can custom brand hubcap cap castings as well as push-in plug.  We have in-house design services available.  All of our drawings are available in 2D and Solid Model 3D.

Shipping:

We offer various shipping options for our customers.  We ship to warehouses as well as drop shipments to customers.  We also offer Bar Coding for all of our products.
